For those who want to hit the pause button on the hectic nature of city life and relax while cultivating healthful and heartful practices. I'm partnering with a good friend and fellow teacher to create a purposeful oasis, where healing and growth can be brought to the forefront. Often we face a myriad of distractions that demand our attention, and here is a chance to break away from these patterns and plant the seeds for new healthier ways to develop ourselves.

From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, come with us to Brandenburg and rest, build and replenish yourself...in other words invest in your mind, body and spirit.

Mindful Running

Whether you are a regular runner, a weekend warrior or a regular meditator who is wanting to explore running and mindful movement, this will open the door to presence with each stride. We will cultivate a path towards moving mindfully through workouts and building connection with the body itself.
