Mindful Movement & Meditation
Thursdays from 20:00-21:30
at Hirschhof, Oderbergerstraße 19, 10435 Berlin
Spaces are limited - please RSVP for a session here
Would you like to understand what meditation is and whether it can improve your life? Do you feel burned out or want to make a significant change? Would you like to become part of a supportive meditation community where you can share experiences and ask questions?
These sessions will give you a foundation for practice that you can build on. You will emerge with a solid understanding of meditative practice, experience yoga and Qi Gong exercises, and build an idea of how to cultivate your own path. Blending scientifically proven techniques and various types of meditation and movement, we'll help you establish a healthier lifestyle.
All levels welcome
Fee by donation (minimum suggested donation 5 EUR)

Practice Leading at Bodhi Berlin
My next teaching sessions: June 2nd Vesak Celebration, & June 23rd
Next daylong retreat in July (likely Sunday the 19th tbc shortly)
The Tuesday peer-led sessions generally offer group meditation, a Dharma talk, as well as a group discussion. Each segment is roughly thirty minutes long, although I tend to let the discussions go on, if they are proving fruitful.
The volunteer-driven Bodhi Berlin Meditation Community brings together those dedicated to nourishing a meditation practice. Our mission is to establish a sangha (community) that furthers the integration of compassion, wisdom, and true happiness in our lives by supporting one another in meditation, mindfulness, and our understanding of the Dhamma/Dharma (teachings of the Buddha). One only needs an interest in such ideas and an open attitude to join; all experience levels and degrees of Buddhist belief (or non-belief) are welcome.
To actualize this mission, we currently offer a peer-led weekly meditation session in English on Tuesdays from 19:15 to 21:00 at Jetzt & Hier (Auguststraße 65) and daylong retreats every 2-3 months at a location close to the Naturkundemuseum.
