Mindfulness & Meditation for ADHD

Finding out that I have adult ADHD was a shock and a relief all at once. At first, I started with medication to see if it worked, during that time I was also furthering my mindfulness journey. Ultimately, my gut feeling was that I need to make a decision, and mindfulness both more effective and sustainable, for me personally. Through this process, I've learned what can be useful practices to cultivate, and have how to adjust certain exercises for those on the neurodiversity spectrum.

My goal is to help equip those who suffer from the challenges of ADHD, with tools and practices to formulate their own unique solutions. I'm a certified MYmind teacher, which is a mindfulness program developed by Dr. Susan Bögel to assist neurodivergent families in better navigating life. I combine aspects of this methodology along with my personal experience and understanding to assist you in developing a useful toolkit.
